It is necessary to establish a system for sharing information data and to make sure that data sharing is correct

In a talk with senior officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Cabinet on April 11, 2007, Chairman Kim Jong Il taught that the Grand People's Study House should establish a network that combines the E-library of the Grand People's Study House and provincial, city and county libraries and establish a system to disseminate the books and data of the Grand People's Study House and use them on the spot.

He taught that the information databases of the Grand People's Study House, the Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of technology, Central Information Agency for Science and Technology and other important units should be linked into a network so as to establish a system for sharing information data and to make proper data sharing.

He stressed that the network between the E-library of the Grand People's Study House and the databases of the major units, the provincial, city and county libraries should be technically well built up to speed up the transmission of data and ensure its accuracy.
