Various short courses should be organized well and their levels steadily improved

Chairman Kim Jong Il, in his talk with senior officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Cabinet on April 11, 2007, told that the officials in the Grand People's Study House should organize computer courses, foreign language courses, informatics courses and other courses well and steadily raise their levels.

He also taught; nowadays, science and technology are developing rapidly and their cycle of innovation is shortening. so, reeducation of scientists, technicians and field technicians should be organized and conducted in a planned and effective way. We should make an active contribution to ensuring that the qualifications of scientists, technicians and field technicians who had graduated universities long ago are in keeping with the developing reality.
