An issue highlighted in the electronic library

One day in October 2013, the respected general secretary visited the newly built Central Mushroom Institute.

He also dropped in at the e-library built there.

Going round the e-library, he praised it for having been built well. He asked how the e-library was to be operated.

After hearing the report, he said that the institute should give proper scientific and technological guidance to the mushroom farms and indicated concrete ways for it.

But even then, the officials did not know why he dropped in at the e-library and stressed the scientific and technological guidance.

That day he visited the institute and stressed that the industrialization of mushroom production could be realized only when scientific and technological guarantee was provided, not by building several mushroom farms. We should not do blindly but by relying on the strength of science and technology.

We should provide a scientific and technological guarantee!

Learning his words, the officials keenly realized once again his noble intention that the country's economic development should be achieved by dint of science and technology and that in order to do so, all sectors and units should regard science and technology as their lifeline and direct primary efforts to providing a scientific and technological guarantee.
